Our Studio Policies


  • Registration, Tuition, & Fees

    Registration: The registration fee is due at the time of registration along with the first month installment of tuition.


    Tuition: All tuition is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 5th. A $15 late fee charge will be applied after the 5th.


    Other Fees: Costume fees will be auto-drafted November 15th, 2025. Showcase fees will be auto-drafted February 15th, 2026.

  • Communication

    Communication: Please make sure you check the email you’ve provided and keep it up to date as this will be our main form of communication. Also please follow our Instagram and Facebook page as well!

  • Make-Up Classes

    Make-Ups: If your child misses a class due to illness, weather, or other personal reasons the class can be made up. In weather situations we will follow Auburn City schools with delays and closings. Parents must contact the studio for make up class options. There will not be a refund for any missed classes. Classes missed due to studio closure for holidays will not be made up as those are not included in the yearly tuition.

Tuition & Fees


Tuition is based on the entire season of dance. Our season runs August 18, 2025 - June 1, 2026. It is broken into 10 equal monthly payments starting in August and going until May. It is not based on how many weeks are in the month. If any classes are missed due to illness, weather, or holidays they will not be refunded however there are options to make the classes up. All monthly tuition payments are due the 1st of every month and you will automatically be billed from the card on file. The monthly tuition breakdown is based on the amount of hours per week. For families of more than one dancer hours are counted together.

  • Registration Fee

    Registration Fee: The registration fee of $45 is due at the time of registration.

  • Costume Fees

    Costume Fees: Each class will participate in the showcase at the end of the season and will receive a beautiful costume to wear for their dance. The costume fee is $80 for each class your child is in.

  • Recital Fee

    Recital Fee: The recital fee helps cover the costs of our amazing end of the year production. This includes rent of the theater, lighting and sound crews, programs, staffing, etc. This fee is $85 and includes 5 tickets, photos from recital day and video of the entire recital for download and some goodies for your dancer! Each additional sibling fee is $50.
